Service Transformation Analyst

The incumbent is responsible for documenting and mapping business processes and analysing and identifying opportunities for business process improvements. Acting as a champion of change, the incumbent will support and drive the successful adoption of the redesigned processes and implementation of optimized and new processes, by addressing concerns and or objections and building buy-in and support for system implementation.  

Key and Critical Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly documents existing business processes across various departments or functions.
  • Utilizes data analytics and process analysis skills to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current business processes.
  • Identifies areas where processes can be improved to enhance productivity, reduce costs or better meet business objectives.
  • Creates detailed process maps or flowcharts to visually represent current and proposed workflows.
  • Redesigns processes for workflow optimization.
  • Supports the implementation of redesigned or new processes, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
  • Creates comprehensive change management strategies and techniques to support the successful adoption of the new system.
  • Develops and implements approved strategies to facilitate a change ready culture and enabling environment.
  • Collaborates with Communication Specialist to design specific messages to be communicated while addressing concerns and building buy-in among stakeholders.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
