The incumbent is responsible for the thorough business process re-engineering segment of the MPAs digitalisation projects; process review and redesign, the configuration and optimisation of the eHCM   technology, via the identification and documentation of current eHCM processes and standardisation of the future eHCM processes.

Key and Critical Responsibilities

• Consults with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to guide the documentation and mapping of business processes.
• Reviews shortcomings and constraints to operational efficiency in the digital system and bottlenecks in each process identified.
• Leads the analysis of business processes and organisation structure using appropriate business processing methods and tools.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Provides detailed recommendations on business practices and improvements based on the mapping design with a focus on increased digital harmonization, improved effectiveness and overall efficiency.
• Interacts with all levels of management to facilitate process improvement and reengineering of processes.
• Performs other related duties as required.
