The Public Management Consulting Division (PMCD) offers advice and solutions to the Cabinet, Ministries/Departments and associated government agencies to enhance the Public Service contribution to national development.
The Division's consulting services include:
- Manpower Audits
- Business Process Re-engineering;
- Management Audits;
- Facilitation of Strategic Planning Initiatives;
- Organisational Restructuring and Redesign;
- Records Management (creation and maintenance aspects);
- Financial Management;
- Organisational Diagnosis and
- Human Resource Management, including granting approvals for the filling of vacant positions within Ministries and Departments
