PSA

The Public Service Academy (PSA) is responsible for offering training services to Public Officers.

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR TRAINING PROVIDED BY PSA

The schedule for training by the Public Service Academy is sent to the Permanent Secretaries of all Ministries. This information is then circulated with the divisions of the ministries and individuals are nominated for training. Once this information is forwarded to PSA applicants will be registered for their courses according to the availability of space.

Should a Ministry wish to request that a specific course be offered, the Permanent Secretary or the assigned liaison is asked to contact the PSA representative assigned to their ministry so that relevant arrangements can made when possible.

For information on the Technical Cooperation Unit and Programmes available please click here.

To view the Course Schedule, see our Publications area or click here.

The Public Service Academy uses the recently upgraded Government Training Centre (GTC) at Chaguaramas to conduct the majority of its courses, but also continues to use facilities in Port of Spain, its environs and Tobago as the need arises.
