Here at the Ministry, we are dedicated to developing a stronger and more versatile Public Service to realise the highest degree of citizen, employee, and business sector satisfaction. We are committed to developing a brighter future for our country. In alignment with our national goals and objectives, our Divisions are focused on the development and support of the public sector towards serving the public to the best of our ability.

The Ministry of Public Administration has oversight and accountability for transformation initiatives affecting delivery of Government Services. We facilitate training of Public Officers for the wider government service and we provide and administer scholarships on behalf of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to develop the human resource capacity of our country.

We also provide organizational design support services to Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies through our Public Management Consulting Division.

The Ministry of Public Administration is devoted to steady and continual progress toward sustainable development and we seek to uphold our nation's ideals and hopes for the future.
